6 Fluke, Flounder or Tilapia Filets
1 pkg. Ritz© Crackers
3/4 Stick of Butter
Lemons, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bones and scales and wash fish in cold water. Dry completely. Crush a package of crackers in a ziploc bag (remove air first). Melt butter in a microwave-safe dish for 1 minute. Line the bottom of a GREASED baking dish with well-dried fish filets. Top fish all over with a thick coating of crushed crackers. Drizzle butter all over the crackers. Place lemon slices on top. Bake at 450º for 10-15 minutes or until crumbs turn a golden brown.
