Ingredients:  
1 ¼ c. Flour
1/3 c. Instant cream of wheat or 2 packs of the individual servings
1/3 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 egg
1 ½ c. Buttermilk (can use up to 2 c.)
¼ c. Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Cook in a frying pan at medium heat. The griddle cakes are fairly thick so they will need to be cooked a little longer. Don’t get to eager to flip right away. Enjoy.
