1/2 cup sugar
1 heaping tbsp butter
1 heaping tbsp flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs ( separated)
Juice and rind of one lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add flour and mix well then add lemon juice, rind and beaten egg yolks. Add milk and beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 25- 30 min at 325F.
