5 c flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c butter or margarine
2 pkg yeast
1 c warm water
2tsp sugar
1 c milk
3 beaten egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Work in butter (like making pie crust). Dissolve yeast in water and 2 tsp sugar. Let stand 8 minutes. Scald 1 c milk; cool, then add beaten egg yolks and yeast mixture. Pour over dry ingredients and mix. Dough will be soft. Put wet cloth on top of dough and refrigerate overnight. In morning, punch dough and cut in 6 pieces. Roll out in circle and cut in 8 pieces. Roll up in crescents. Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Ice with butter icing.
