5 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz) raspberry jello
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and arrange rhubarb in 13x9 greased baking pan. Sprinkle sugar and jello over top. Top with marshmallows and prepared cake mix (mixing according to package directions) spreading batter evenly over marshmallows. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Turn out upside down on tray or lid of pan lined with foil. Use pan for cover. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
