3 oz cream cheese
¼ lb very sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 loaf unsliced bread, cut into 1 inch cubes.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheeses and butter. Remove from heat and fold in egg whites. Dip bread cubes in mix and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Chill overnight or freeze. If frozen, thaw ½ hr before baking. Bake at 400 or 10-12 min.
