4 lbs potatoes
4 qts clam juice
2 cups celery
2 curs onions
3 cups quahogs
2 cans tomato soup
1 can tomatoes (put through blender)
or tomato juice
celery salt to taste
salt to taste pepper to taste
clamato juice (optional)
(12 quahogs = approx. 1 cup chopped quahogs)
Yields about 10 quarts.
