Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 pkg flour tortillas
1 lb chicken cutlets (sliced julienne)
1 bunch scallions (chopped to 1/4" pieces)
2 garlic cloves minced
2 red bell peppers diced
2 T olive oil
2 cups sour cream
1 can refried beans
dash white pepper
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
hot salsa
dash chili powder (optional)
dash tabasco (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook garlic, scallions and peppers in the olive oil on low heat until peppers are half-cooked.
Add chicken and cook on high heat until half done,
Add hot salsa, keep on high until chicken is done.
If you like it really hot, add chili powder and tabasco.
After chicken has cooled,
Add sour cream and mix until you have a creamy sauce.

To assemble burritos:
Lay out tortilla,
Spread with 2 T refried beans,
Sprinkle about 1 T cheddar cheese,
Add a few tablespoons of chicken mixture, and Wrap the ends of the tortilla to center of burrito.

Place burritos on non stick baking dish,
Cook in oven for 10 minutes.
