4 cups diced apples
1 T flour
2 T apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 cup chopped peanuts
8-1/4 oz can crushed pineapple
1 large tub Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple & save juice
Cook flour, sugar, pineapple juice, egg & vinegar until thick. Cool, mix with apples and fold in large tub of Cool Whip and 3/4 cup peanuts.

Top with remaining peanuts
