1 Cup Rice crispies cereal
1/2 Cup oleo-melted
1 Egg-beaten
1 Teaspoon grated lemon peel

In large bowl, combine all ingredients well (dough will be crumbly). Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 350º for 10 to 12 minutes or till set. Cool
