12 oranges-with skins minced,or finely chopped
12 cups of cold water
12 cups of sugar
21/2 ounces Citric Acid

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water & sugar to dissolve. Put into a bowl,add other ingredients & stir all together.
Leave for upto 3 days to infuse flavour-giving it an occasional stir. After 3 days strain & bottle it.
To mix-Add 2 Tablespoons per glass of water. NB:the oranges can be substituted with other citrus fruits e.g.lemons or limes.
