2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add oil. Mix flour, salt and soda and add to creamed mixture. Add pineapple and vanilla, mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
For icing boil milk, butter, and sugar for 10 minutes. Slowly add nuts, coconut, and vanilla. Pour over cake while still warm.
