8 pork chops (center cut or bone-in)
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 package taco seasoning
1 small bell pepper
2 cups of water
3/4 cups of rice
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in glass baking dish and place in oven on broil (broil until white on both sides). While the pork chops are broiling, in a small pot, add all ingredients, except for cheese and bring to a boil. After pork chops are white on both sides, remove from oven and place on a plate. In the bottom of the pan sprinkle the rice, then place pork chops on top and pour mixture over them. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese (you can add more if you like) and place back in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and serve.
