1 8 oz package cream cheese
2 cups milk
1 package Lemon Jell-O instant pudding
9 " graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Stir cream cheese until very soft. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy. Add remaining milk and the pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater on minute. (do not over-beat) Pour into cool graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top to make extra crunchy. Chill for at least 3 hours.
