2 cups unsalted nuts (pecans, almonds, cashews, etc)
1 tbsp water
1 egg white
1/3 cup white sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225 F. Beat egg white with water then mix in nuts. Add to that sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour. Stir them every 15 minutes. Let cool and store in freezer.
