1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 to 1/2 cups longhorn cheese
1 can green chilies or fresh roasted chilies

Directions:

Mix all together and top with more cheese and green chilies if needed. Bake about 30 minutes at 350°.
