1/2 cup olive oil
8 oz mixed fancy fresh mushrooms
8 oz button mushrooms, sliced
1 t nutmeg
4 large garlic cloves, crushed
2 medium shallots. sliced thin
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 t Worcester sauce
1 t fresh ground white pepper
1 cup red wine.
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in shallow pan and add shallots, then
garlic. While heating until transparent, sprinkle all the mushrooms with nutmeg. Add soy sauce to pan, then mushrooms, wine and Worcester sauce.
Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add heavy cream and cook for 5-10 more minutes.
Bake phyllo cups and spoon 'shrooms in to fill just before serving.
