1 package boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 stick butter
Paprika
salt and pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can English peas, drained
1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small jaw diced pimentos, drained
Spaghetti or Angel Hair noodles
1 small brick Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 sleeves Ritz Crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 small box noodles according to directions and set aside. In sauce pan over medium low heat, blend soups, butter, peas, pimento, mushrooms and seasonings. Drain noodles and mix with soup mixture in large Pyrex casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese and crumbled Ritz Crackers. Bake at 350º degrees for 20 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes to crisp cheese, if needed

*Litchfield Beach staple - freezes great. *If freezing, I leave off cheese and crackers. Thaw from frozen, add cheese and crackers and cook until warmed.
