1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup Crisco butter flavored shortening
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups crunchy peanut butter
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
1/4 teaspoon salt

Line a 9" x 9" x 2" baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease the foil then set aside. In a large saucepan combine sugar, shortening and evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until a candy thermometer registers 238° (soft ball stage). Remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, vanilla, butter flavoring, and salt. Stirring until combined. , Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Gently press toffee bits into the fudge and let cool 1 1/2 hours.
