Hard salami - sliced (Hormel is our preferred)
Cream cheese
Horseradish
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
On each slice of salami, spread half with cream cheese, about a rounded teaspoon, and 1/2 tsp or so of horseradish. Less if you don't like it spicy. Make 2-4 per person.

Roll up salami, starting with the spread side and pin with a toothpick. Place under broiler and heat until salami starts to crisp and sizzle. Remove.

Allow to cool a little on paper towels and eat while warm

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
For a switch, use sliced ham, cream cheese and dill pickles rolled up and sliced into rounds

I have also used pickled okra on the ham and cheese and slice about 1/2 inch rounds.
