1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. msg
1 egg, beaten
2 tbs. butter
1/4 c. onion finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbs. parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in frying pan on moderate heat. Add onions and celery, cook about 5 minutes or until soft. Pour over bread crumbs. Add parsley, salt and pepper, set aside. Mix meat, msg and egg together. Make into 4 cakes, with a slight indentation in middle. Place a ball of bread dressing in the center of each meat cake. Press down gently until meat surrounds the dressing.

Bake at 325º for 25 minutes or until brown.
