4 cups all-purpose flour
2 x 1/4 oz. instant yeast
2 large eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
3 cups water
1 tsp. salt
5 cups all-purpose flour (approximately)
2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 4 cups flour and yeast in large bowl. Beat eggs, cooking oil, and water together in separate bowl. Add to flour mixture. Add salt. Mix well.
Work in enough remaining flour until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Cover with tea towel. Let stand in oven with light on and door closed for 15 minutes. Punch dough down. Shape into 48 egg-size buns. Place in 2 greased 9 x 13 inch pans. Cover with tea towel. Let stand in oven with light on and door closed for about 45 minutes until doubled in size. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn out onto racks to cool. Brush warm tops with butter. Makes 48 buns. (from Company's Coming, Breads)
