1 tbsn salad oil
2 thin sliced fresh gingerroot
3 c. fresh asparagus
1/2 tspn salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. toassted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet or wok; add oil and gingerroot. Slice asparagus, on a slant in 11/2 inches. add to oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover. Lift skillet slightly above heat and shake continuously. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until tender. Add toasted almonds, if desired
