1c. flour
1 stick butter softened
1/2c. pecans chopped
1 large cool whip
1 - 8oz. package cream cheese
1c. powdered sugar
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
3c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and butter and press into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle pecans over top of crust and bake at 350º until brown - 20-30 minutes. cool.
Combine cream cheese, powder sugar and half the container of cool whip. Beat until smooth and spread over cooled crust.
Beat pudding and milk until fairly thick and pour over cream cheese. Spread the remaining cool whip over chocolate. You could top it with shaved chocolate.
