5 pounds ground meat
1/4 or less cup curing salt
Seasonings:
liquid smoke, curry powder, brown sugar, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, worchester sauce, vanilla, to taste.

Mix all ingredients well, refrigerate at least 24 hours. Roll out into 2 inches rolls, 9-10 inches long. place on a rack in baking pan and bake at 225* for 2-4 hours.
