1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup creamy horseradish sauce
1/4 cup minced onion
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 yellow pepper
12" tall Styrofoam cone form
Round wooden toothpicks, broken in half
2 pounds cooked extra large shrimp
1 1/2 cups red and/or yellow grape tomatoes
1 cup fresh basil leaves

Mix the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, onion and lemon juice. Cover and reserve. Using a 2 inch star shaped cookie cutter. Cut a star out of the yellow pepper. Cover with saran wrap and reserve. Peel the shrimp but leave the tails on. Wrap the cone with saran wrap. Place on a serving platter. Starting at the bottom, insert 1 toothpick piece into each shrimp. Insert into the cone. Repeat with tomatoes. Tuck basil leaves in between shrimp and tomatoes to cover all areas. Serve with the mayonnaise/horseradish dip.
