1 12 ounce package Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 4 ounce bars German Sweet Cooking chocolate, cut into pieces
1 7 ounce jar Kraft Marshmallow Cream
2 cups walnuts, broken, optional
4 1/2 cups sugar
pinch salt
2 tablespoons butter, plus more for pan
1 13 ounce can evaporated milk

Butter a 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine chocolate chips, German chocolate, marshmallow cream and nuts in a bowl. Set aside. In heavy saucepan combine the sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk. Let stand about 5 minutes. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for 7 1/2 minutes after it has a good start to boil. Pour at once over the chocolate mixture. Stir vigorously until chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.Pour into the prepared pan. Let stand several hours or overnight to set. Cut into squares and store, tightly covered.
