1/2 pack dates (chopped)
1 cup red cherries
1/2 cup green cherries
1 cup raisins
1/2cup walnut pieces
1/2cup dried orange peel
2 tbsp orange zest
1 can (19 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
23/4 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add the
vanilla and crushed pineapple. Add flour and baking powder, a little at a time. Mix together. Add prepared dried fruit and stir until coated with batter. Bake in a tube pan at 300ºF for 11/2hours or until cake tester comes out dry.
