2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 stick butter
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 t. baking soda
pinch salt
12 oz roasted salted nuts (can chop to make thinner)

Fleur de sel or crushed Maldon sea salt

Lg saucepan, combine sugar,water,butter,corn syrup, salt and bring to boil. Cook over mod high
heat stir occ. until light brown and registers 300º, about 10 min. Remove from heat and carefully stir in soda. The mixture will bubble. Stir in nuts, then immediately scrape onto a large rimmed nonstick baking sheet. Can use back of lg oiled spoon to spread into thin even layer.
Sprinkle with salt. Let cool completely about 30 min. Break into large shards.
Can store in airtight container at room temp for up to 1 month
