3 tbsp olive oil 3 lbs chicken wings, tips removed
2 lb carrots 1 med turnip
3 stalks celery 2 med onions
4-5 med potatoes 8-10 drops Red Hot or Tabasco sauce
1 10-ox can tomato juice
4 tbsp chicken soup mix or oxo powder mixed with 4 tbsp hot water. Add 3 cups water.

Fry chicken wings in olive oil in large stock pot. Remove wings and set aside.
Fry onions, add carrots, turnip, celery and chicken stock. Add water to cover vegetables. Add hot sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are partly cooked, then add chicken wings and potatoes. Boil until cooked, about 20 minutes.
