1 lb. shredded pork
1 lb. shredded beef
2 16 oz. cans diced tomatoes with basil
1 1/2 c. beef broth or broth from cooking pork & beef
**alternatively use beer
1 large yellow (or brown) onion chopped
2 poblano peppers diced
1 jalapeņo diced
3 cloves garlic diced
3 bay leaves
2 Tbsp parsley chopped
2 Tbsp Alton Brown's Chili Powder (see recipe below)
2 Tbsp adobo sauce from can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
2 Tbsp parsley
