Baked Brie Recipe

1 small round of packaged Brie
1 tube of Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 medium to large sweet onion
2 heaping Tabs. brown sugar
3/4 - 1 Cup Craisins
2 Tbsp... butter
3/4 - 1 Cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º degrees. -- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Put first square of crescent rolls on parchment.
Open Brie Cheese and place on 1 of the squares.
Fold the crescent rolls up over the Brie. Then place 2nd square on top and form around the Brie.
Bake in oven at 350º for 1/2 Hour.
Meanwhile cut onions into thin strips, and saute in melted butter until lightly brown and caramelized. Add 2 Tbsp. brown sugar. Then add the craisins. Set aside till Brie is cooked.
When Brie is done, spoon onions and craisin mixture on top of Brie. Sprinkle walnuts on top and serve immediately.
