1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 T water
1 egg white, lightly beaten
crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
unfold crescent rolls and form a ring or desired shape.
preheat oven to 375º. Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium heat 10-12 minutes, breaking beef into crumblees. Drain. Stir in taco seasonig mix 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and water.

Scoop filling evenly over the crescent rool and finish shape by folding the roll over the mix to form a ring or other shape Brush with egg white and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and serve with toppings: salsa, lettuce, onion tomato, sour cream, avacodo etc.
