1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1/2 (1 oz.) package taco seasoning mix
5 drops hot pepper sauce
2 T. dried parsley
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix in the refried beans, taco seasoning, hot pepper sauce, parsley, green onions, half the Cheddar cheese and half the Monterey Jack cheese. Pour mixture into a 8x12 inch baking dish and top with remaining Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
