1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
Topping
6 T. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl mix vegetable oil, sugar and egg together. Then in another medium bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. Pour half the dry ingredients into the wet with half of the milk and mix. Then repeat and stir until batter is mixed well. Fill paper lined muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile melt butter in a small bowl and mix sugar and cinnamon in another small bowl. When muffins are done immediately remove wrappers and dip tops first in butter then in the sugar mixture. Place on cooling racks.
