1 (10 oz.) pkg Frozen chopped spinach
Thawed and squeezed out
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and chill over night so flavors blend together. Serve in round pumpernickel bread that has been hollowed out. Use hollowed out portion and tear into bite size pieces and serve around bread. Also can serve with fresh veggies and crackers of your choice. Can also hollow out cucumbers and cherry tomatoes and serve dip inside.
