1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion diced
1/4 c celery diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 can green beans
mashed potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger,onion and green pepper. Season to taste. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and water to make gravy-like. Put in bottm of 3 qt. cassarole dish. Add 1 can of green beans on top of meat. Put mashed potatoes on top in a circle leaving ahole in the center. Dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve.
