1 box Velvetta Queso cheese
2 cans Rotel tomatoes and green chilies (I usually use 1 can original and 1 can hot)
1/2 lb. hamburger and 1/2 lb. sausage
(optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cut Velvetta into chunks in large bowl. Add 2 cans of Rotel. Microwave a couple of minutes at a time until melted to avoid burning. When completely melted, add hamburger and sausage if desired. Serve with Tostitos or chips of your choice.
