2 dozen eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1/2 c chopped green pepper (any kind your family likes)
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese (or any kind your family likes)
1 (16 oz) can mushrooms drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sausage fried, crumbled and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with milk. Melt margarine in skillet and scramble eggs in it. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Top with onions, peppers and mushrooms. Warm mushroom soup. Spread over top. Top with remaining grated cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Next day, uncover and bake 50 minutes in a 275º
