2 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1-8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1-3 oz box lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1-12 oz can Milnot milk, refrigerated

Directions:

Mix crumbs, melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom of 9x13" dish; set aside. In a mixing bowl, mix 1 cup sugar, cream cheese and vanilla; set aside. In another bowl, mix lemon jello, boiling water and lemon juice; add cream cheese mixture and set aside. Whip cold can of Milnot until peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust and refrigerate until ready to serve.
