Batter: 2 cup flour,1 cup sugar,1/2 cup cocoa,2 tsp. soda,1 cup mayo,1 cup boiling water and 1 tsp. vanilla
Filling: 1 8 oz cream cheese softened,1/3 cup sugar,1 egg and choc. chips or nuts.
Directions:
Directions:
Make cupcakes by adding sifted dry ingredients with mayo boiling water and vanilla. Makes about 2 dozen or so cupcakes.
Filling after putting batter in cupcake pans mix filling ingredients and put about 2 teas. in the middle of each cupcake if you use large cupcake tins add more.
Bake at 350 º for 25 minutes
