Directions:
Directions:
Slice green tomatoes in 1/4" slices, soak in salted water for at least 1 hour. Drain in colander. Heat iron skillet with oleo or butter & oil. Dip tomatoes in flour and fry until golden brown, place on paper towel. Sprinkle with salt & pepper if desired and enjoy.
