1 head cabbage
1 m onion
saltine crackers
butter
garlic
salt & pepper
onion pwd
season salt
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage head in quarters shred each quarter, slice onion. lightly spray 9x13 pan layer bottom of pan with one layer of cabbage, sprinkle slices of onion on top with seasonings, crush cracker crumbs & sprinkle on top of seasonings, dot with butter make another layer & add milk half way up the pan cover with foil & bake 350 for 15min. bake 325 until cabbage is tender. add more milk if neccessary.
