One 8 ounce package macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1 20 ounce can diced tomatoes
Tomato juice
3/4 cup sugar or 1 cup Splenda

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Macaroni should still be firm. Drain macaroni and return to pan.
Add butter, canned tomatoes, and cover with tomato juice. Add sugar and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until thick. Stir frequently while cooking.

Grandma Scott always cooked this and was my favorite. We always looked forward to Grandma and Grandpa Scott visiting because Grandma was a wonderful cook. Our kids grew up eating this and is a definite favorite of the Mitchusson household.
