1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz) can Italian-style tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
1 (10 oz) package refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a large skillet, cook beef until brown. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, heat through. Transfer to an ungreased 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

2. Flatten each biscuit with hands; arrange the biscuits on top of cheese. Bake about 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden.

Adjust this recipe as you would with any pizza. Substitute Italian Sausage for the beef. Add sliced mushrooms or olives to the meat mixture. Or use Monterey Jack cheese in place of the mozzarella. Just a few ideas.
