Serves 24
Fresh mint leaves, strips of lemon peel and small whole strawberries
1 package (425 g) frozen sliced strawberries thawed
4 c. fresh brewed double-strength tea, chilled
1 can frozen pink lemonade, undiluted
1 can frozen peach cocktail, undiluted
1 bottle (750 ml.) dry white wine or gingerale
1 can soda water

Directions:
Directions:
Place mint leaves, strips of lemon and whole strawberries in squares of an ice cube tray and fill with water and freeze. In food processor or blender, puree strawberries until smooth. Place in punch bowl along with tea, lemonade, peach cocktail and wine. (If using gingerale, do not add until serving. Add soda water and ice just before serving. Makes about 12 cups.

Cool gently: if you put hot tea directly into the refrigerator, it will become cloudy. For clear iced tea, allow to cool on your counter to room temperature before adding ice.
