4 TO 6 POTATOES, (DEPENDING ON SIZE)
¼ CUP OIL
½ TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP PAPRIKA
1 TSP SALT
½ TSP PEPPER
2 TBSP PARMESAN CHEESE

SCRUB POTATOES WELL. CUT EACH INTO 6 OR 8 WEDGES.
COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
PUT POTATOES INTO LARGE BOWL THAT HAS A TIGHT LID. POUR OIL MIXTURE OVER THE
POTATOES, PUT LID ON AND SHAKE TO COAT ALL THE SLICES. ARRANGE SLICES ON A LARGE COOKIE
SHEET. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES, TURNING ONCE. YOU CAN SPRINKLE ON MORE
PARMESAN CHEESE IF YOU LIKE.
