2/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash of salt
1 16 oz. can refried beans
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. guacamole, made fresh
1/4 c. sliced black olives
2 scallions, chopped
1 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 tsp. or more chopped fresh cilantro

Combine the sour cream, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside. Heat the refried beans in a microwave until hot. Spread them over the center of a serving platter or in a shallow dish. Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over the beans. Spread the guacamole over the cheese. Next sprinkle on the sliced olives. Spread the seasoned sour cream over the olives. Sprinkle the scallions, then the tomatoes evenly over the sour cream layer. Finish up by sprinkling the remainder of the cheese over the tomatoes, and topping the dip off with the cilantro. Serve the dip with tortilla chips and a side of salsa.

This looks great served in the center of a round platter with the tortilla chips placed all around the outside edge or I make two of these on small platters for larger groups.
