1 TSP VANILLA
¾ CUP MILK
¾ CUP SOUR CREAM
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
1 ½ CUPS FLOUR
½ TSP SALT
½ CUP MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE

BEAT EGG YOLKS IN A LARGE BOWL. BEAT IN MILK, MELTED BUTTER, VANILLA AND SOUR CREAM.
STIR TOGETHER: FLOUR, SALT, SODA AND BAKING POWDER
SIFT INTO THE EGG MIXTURE AND BEAT WELL.
BEAT THE EGG WHITES UNTIL VERY STIFF. FOLD INTO THE BATTER.
