1 ½ CUPS SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 TSP VANILLA
2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING SODA
¼ TSP SALT
2 RIPE BANANAS, MASHED (ABOUT 1 CUP)

IN A LARGE BOWL, CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. ADD THE EGGS, SOUR CREAM AND VANILLA AND BEAT WELL. COMBINE THE FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT; GRADUALLY ADD TO THE CREAMED MIXTURE. STIR IN THE MASHED BANANAS.
SPREAD IN A GREASED 15 X 10 INCH BAKING PAN.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN. (DON’T OVERBAKE). COOL.
FROST BARS WITH A CREAM CHEESE FROSTING OR A PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING.
